 Call in the Spring to prepare for the HOT SUMMER MONTHS.
Please call to schedule your air conditioning tune-up;
Preferred time slots fill quickly.
Air conditioning tune-ups are scheduled:
Monday through Friday with appointment times of 8am, 10am, 12pm, and 2pm. Standard tune-up (90 minutes) cost is $129.95*.
Tune-ups will help prolong the life of your equipment as well as improve dependability.
A tune-up will also maximize efficiency which will lead to lower energy costs.

* A/C Tune-up includes:

  • Clean and wash condensing unit with Coil Bright
  • Oil condensing fan
  • Clean contacts on controls
  • Check and level condensing coil
  • Oil blower fan motor
  • Clean contacts inside blower cabinet
  • Check inside evaporator coil
  • Check fan belts
  • Check condensate drains
  • Replace air filters/clean washable air filters
  • Check thermostat and make any necessary adjustments
  • Measure air temperatures
  • Check Freon R22/Puron levels
